      Do have a large, good quality hard copy of your logo?

      If you can't send us an electronic version of your artwork we can work with images from brochures, stickers, letterheads and business cards. Additional artwork charges may apply if we redraw your logo.


      What sort of files do we work with?

      We can work with most electronic files but prefer your logo in a vector art format usually with the file extension of .ai .eps or .pdf. Vector art is created with computer programs like Illustrator (.ai). Vector art will give the most accurate possible reproduction of your logo.


      Do you have a good quality, high-resolution PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPEG or GIF files?

      We can work with these files but we may have to redraw your logo to create vector art. If we have to redraw your logo additional artwork charges may apply. Please make sure you send high-resolution files.
