With years of experience in the Private Certification industry, it was our vision to create a company focusing on providing an efficient, cost-effective and friendly service. Stoneybark Building Certification was incepted in April 2022 and we pride ourselves on ensuring we communicate effectively in 'plain language' and being able to provide building approvals in a timely manner.

Complying Development is a combined planning and construction approval for straightforward development that can be determined through fast-track assessment by ensuring that the standards of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 are met. In most cases, a Complying Development Certificate application can be issued within 10 days. Construction Certificates: Before you start any building or construction work, you'll need to apply for a Construction Certificate (CC) following approval of your Development Consent from your local authority (Council).
