Her extensive skills include setting up the HR function including compliance, protocols and processes for start-ups, and working with unions and negotiating EBA’s.​She has vast experience in strategic HR including organisational design, change management and setting up HR systems so that strategic plans can be achieved. She is comfortable with and used to working with CEO’s, directors and boards as a virtual member of the management team.
