Side and Rear entrances closed. 50 metres walk around buillding to get into store. Maybe staff shortage. Show was crowded. Found assistant to request location of asprin who referrred me to dispensing pharmacy area. No one there. Waited 5 minutes. No one came. Walked to front of store to seek assistance. No one there so walked back to dispensing area and queue of 3 groups which I joined. Queue grew to 6 groups. No one came - left store in disgust.

This Neutral Bay Priceline store does NOT deserve one star.
I asked a shop assistant if she was following me around the store? As she obviously was. She mentioned I had put my hand in my handbag........(to get my mobile, of course) ... she IMPLIED I WAS STEALING.
DISINGENUOUS dealings with manager, while informing me of the large quantity of cameras around the store (then, why the need to make PAYING CUSTOMERS feel UNCOMFORTABLE and follow their every physical move?).
Pathetic, I’m done!
