      What do I do if I have a claim?

      Give us a call and speak to your account manager to let them know what's happened. They will put you in contact with our specialist Claims Manager, who will lodge your claim and guide you through each step of the process to get the best possible outcome.


      How are you paid?

      Ordinarily we are paid through a combination of commissions and fee. Unless agreed otherwise, our services are only payable if you wish to proceed with our recommendations.


      Can I pay for my policy monthly?

      Yes, you can. Even if the insurer doesn't offer a direct monthly payment option, our invoices always allow for Pay By The Month (PBTM) arrangements.
