Be sure your next Auto Air service is done correctly. Our mobile service is not just a cheap "Top Up" with potentially dangerous LPG refrigerants. Old contaminated refrigerant is normally removed and your system checked prior to recharging with new uncontaminated refrigerant. Many "cheap" re-gas services use old or recovered refrigerants that are contaminated with moisture and acidic oils that will eventually damage your air conditioning system. We recommend that new air conditioning filters and pollen filters are replaced.
Auto Air offers a large range of mostly genuine compressors to ensure the longest life possible. Air conditioning compressors often fail due to overheating with lack of refrigerant, lubricant or poor fan operation. We always do a full system check prior to re-gassing to ensure that your air conditioning problems are correctly diagnosed. Our experienced team will be able to fully test your compressor to analyse if it is the compressor or another issue. Incorrect servicing may damage your system causing expensive repairs.

Paul was extremely helpful in fixing my 2014 Commodore. Quick response to my request and was spot on for the booking time. He quickly, and more importantly, correctly diagnosed the problem, explained what it was and set about organising to fix it. Very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to chat with. From start to finish, Paul was brilliant! He is so knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue with my A/C and had everything fixed in no time. Awesome customer service from Paul.
He went above and beyond in order to get my AC fixed and in doing so saved me from further issues by identifying them and then fixing them. He kept me informed and showed me everything he was going to do. Communication was great and he worked hard to get it done amongst his busy workload.
I cant speak highly enough and thoroughly recommend you give him a call to sort your AC. He really cares about his customers with good old fashioned service.

On a very hot New Years Day 2024 my car air conditioner failed suddenly to cool for no apparent reason.
I contacted Paul at Auto Air (a friend who uses Auto Air for a fleet of business vehicles had highly recommended him).
Good advice .. although Public Holiday time he responded and outlined what help he could provide.
This turned out to be accurate, done on time and is still working perfectly.
Cost was competitive too.

My daughter was travelling to my house in Newcastle with 3 children and a pet with no air conditioning, we were told that Paul would possibly be able to help her before she had to head home, so we rang and was told he would definitely come and help with in the week she was visiting, so we waited, I wish I had contacted someone else, my daughter and her 3 children and pet, left this morning and travelled back to Canberra in a very hot car, I was so disappointed, and would never recommend this business to nobody
