In a new building, at what stage do you come in to install an intercom?
Around the same time as electricians. We can liaise with the location of power and quarrel over the location of light switches and V intercom.
What types of intercoms do you have?
Audio - just for answering the door. 1)To communicate with the door and inside the house, 2)All the above and used as monitoring stations or music distribution, 3)Black and White Video Monitor - with/without a handset, 4)Colour Video Monitor - hands-free, Some brands allow the option of watching TV or CCTV, Image capture memory with date and time stamp Most intercoms are equipped to allow the opening of gates.
Do I need anything else to open the gate?
The type of pedestrian gate finish can dictate the style and function of the handle you will require to open from inside and out. You may require an exit button to enable visitors to depart without a key. You may require a keypad to punch in a code to gain access. Keypads can store many changeable codes, and allow access to trusted visitors. You may require a keyless entry, by way of remote control or proximity reader. You can have fingerprint readers.
What security and automation systems do you offer for homes and businesses?
We offer a wide range of customised security, CCTV, intercom, access control, and ducted vacuum cleaning solutions.
Can you install an alarm in an existing building?
Yes, we can-just call for a free no obligation quote. We can install fully wireless if required.
Can I see the products in person before making a purchase?
Yes, you can visit our Peregian Showroom to view and experience demonstrations of our home technology and security products.
Do you have Security car call out possibility?
Yes. An initial visit can be arranged so the guard is familiar with location and surrounds.
Do you have wireless intercoms?
Yes. We have been installing a colour video intercom that has two way audio and can operate an auto gate from the mobile handset. The handset sits in a cradle to charge but can be carried around, e.g. in the garden, or by the pool, depending on range and obstructions to the radio signal. The battery is good for three days.

I agree with Angela C. 26/11/2015. I spoke with Hayley to arrange a quote for repair dryer at rental property. I'm not onsite and gave my contact number. Hayley said technician would call me to provide a quote before gong ahead. Hayley said they were busy but would speak with technician when he came back before lunch to see if could fit in that afternoon. I called and left messages the next day and day after as hadnt heard from anyone and no call back. Ended up contacting onsite Manager at units and he replied dryer already repaired and invoiced. i asked for quote first. Called Noosa Appliances that day to speak to Hayley and what a surprise not in again and left message twice but no call. Called a few more times and never there to take call....asked to speak to owner or Manager. Spoke to one of owners and very rude .... said had no idea about my job ( and didnt seem to care either). He asked why onsite Manager didnt put spare dryer in my unit. Onsite Manager contacted Noosa Appliances and they said never said about dryer .... What a joke. Same guy said he would have other owner call me ..... That was at least 4 business days ago and still no call. Poor customer service and no interest in discussing issues or apologising for errors. Wonder how they would feel if i disregarded their invoice like they are dusregarding my calls?

These guys are great. I've had many a great dealings with these guys. Washing machine repaired successfully, bought a current model reconditioned dishwasher which is perfect and much lower than retail price, bought fridge seals through them and they gave me great tips on how to easily install them, had my fridge's cold water dispenser repaired, had an oven installed and they took my old one for me. Can't fault them.

Unprofessional and no apologies when they stuff up. For our washing machine I ordered a pump to bowl hose and said that it is 40 cm long, I talked to Hayley but she said she didn't know what part I was talking about, so I asked if I could talk to a technician before they ordered the part so that I could confirm the product number and the model number. She said yes, but then I never heard back from them. I even called the next day to remind them that a technician was going to call me but I never got a call back. Three days later she calls and says the part has arrived, which I found confusing, as I had never confirmed the part. We drive an hour-return journey, and find out that she had ordered the wrong part - a drain hose. She blamed me that I asked for a drain hose. I didnt even know what a drain hose was, I was repeating what another appliance repairer had told me (but they didnt deal with our appliance's brand). We then took in the broken pipe with us to show them the exact one that we wanted replaced, so they ordered again. A few days later they call and say the part has arrived, so we drive in, an hour-return journey again, and find that they had ordered the wrong part a second time. Again they blame the computer system. So we drive home without a part again. A week later they call saying the part had come with no apologies. I call and say seeing the technician that certified our last machine was broken goes past our place on his way home to save us driving in a third time - and I could meet him where convenient for him on his way - they said no, that is not a service we provide. Well, neither is stuffing people around twice! Nearly 3 weeks without a washing machine and with a young family. Won't be dealing with them again.

Would just like to say very slow service... No urgency factor at all... 4 weeks without a product is not good. Better off instead of fixing problem , buy a new one definitely won't be recommending this business based on my personal experience
