      Lost an expensive leash no compensation

      Dropped my cat off for desexing with an expensive leash. When I came to pick her up, the leash had mysteriously vanished. Staff couldn’t explain what happened to it and basically shrugged it off, offering no compensation or responsibility whatsoever.



      It’s not a cheap leash, and the lack of care or accountability is honestly pretty poor. If you’re going to lose someone’s property while the animal is in your care, the least you could do is try to make it right. Won’t be coming back.

      Excellent Service

      I have be going to this vet for nearly 15 years, Martin is highly experienced and all of the staff are wonderful and helpful! I have various friends and family members who also go here. would highly reccomend

      Wonderful family run business, have been coming here for many years. Always feel comfortable and relaxed when I come in, the staff are always smiling and happy and very helpful. They are reasonably priced and are HBF providers. After work hours and Saturday appointments work well for the full time workers
