      Mr Chu graduated from Melbourne University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

      Dr Chu provides treatment for a number of venous disorders including spider veins also known as starburst veins, telangiectasia's and reticular veins; larger varicose veins and complications related to varicose veins such as blood clots, eczema or itching, leg swelling, aching leg discomfort, and leg ulceration.

      Dr Peter Chu provides timely, effective and comprehensive management of all arterial occlusive and aneurysmal disease with standard open surgery and also with newer interventional or minimally invasive techniques such as balloon angioplasty and endoluminal stent graft repair. Mr Chu currently has an appointment as Vascular Surgeon at The Austin & Repatriation Hospital in Heidelberg and at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and has admitting rights to a number of private hospitals in Melbourne.
