My insurance company said I should go to another smash repair shop. Do I have to go there?
No. NSW Government legislation stipulates that you almost always entitled to go to the repairer of your choice. Note that several large insurers will try to steer you to their preferred repairers purely to save themselves money. Those repairers save money for the insurer by cost cutting - generally lower labour costs and poorer customer service which benefits only the insurer. You will continue to receive the same workmanship guarantees that you have always received.
Can you repair my type of car?
Yes. We are a fully skilled and equipped repair shop and we do deal with all kinds of cars. Like every other repair shop we occasionally outsource specialist tasks (such as air-conditioning or windscreen replacement) to other organisations, but that is rare.
Do you deal with my insurance company?
Yes. We regularly deal with all insurance companies. We are a "Real Insurance Preferred Repair", and we regularly deal with insurers such as AAMI, APIA, CGU, GIO, Lumley, NRMA, Shannons, Suncorp, Vero, Zurich - and all the rest.

After a minor incident which I scraped the side foot panel which fell I needed to put tape up on side panel, so is it did not fall . After going for a Quote. I was told that the panel was unsafe and may fall off and would be dangerous so the tape was removed instantly and the panel taken off .I was then told that they would fix the panel I could still drive car safely. They were busy but i appreciated the i could sill drive safely and pick up my son from school ." I booked the vehicle in the next day my elderly dad took car for me and they fix it in a very timely manner." Thanks happy to recommend

Not recommended. Wastage of time and money. Will cause more damage than repairs.

They are very unprofessional. Have damaged my vehicle instead of repairing. When I called to request for fixing. I am advised **we are short staffed** and unable to fix.
And infact the person named as JOHN started yelling at me..
Never recommended.
