Since the conception of the company the business has grown and evolved into the successful organisation it is today. John R. Dean Constructions is a construction company founded by John R Dean in 1976. Since then the company has grown and evolved into the successful organisation it is today. Anthony Dean (son of John Dean) took on his apprenticeship with the company in 1990 and following in his fathers footsteps now owns and operates the business today. We are proud to be an accredited HIA green smart professional incorporating sustainable and renewable building resources in our design and construction.
