      MAC® systems detect surface, subsurface, internal, ID and OD defects, wall thickness, weld zone defects and tube profiles, ovality and eccentricity in tube and pipe; flaws, welds, and breaks in wire, rod and cable, and variations in alloy, heat treatment, hardness, & grade. Suppliers to the automotive, aerospace, medical, oil & gas, fasteners, & parts industries are regular users of MAC systems.

      Magnetic Analysis Corporation (MAC®) provide test systems using eddy current, conventional and phased array ultrasonic, and flux leakage technologies for a broad range of applications in tube, bar, and wire manufacturing plants. These are complete systems that incorporate individual instruments with application specific encircling and segment test coils, rotary probe testers, ultrasonic rotaries, phased array test heads, drive mechanisms, test benches, and automated system controls integration.
