We provide a responsive, reliable, professional service, to clients who value a premium customer experience above all else.
Our family-owned business started out in 2013 primarily working with strata management companies, and property managers. It was a small business that has grown from a guy in a truck running his business from home to the well-oiled professional plumbing and electrical business you see today.
We now focus on residential plumbing and electrical maintenance with a team of over 50 people. So, if you feel our cleanup didn't meet with your expectations, we'll come back and clean up or we'll pay for your cleaner (up to $200).
Do you have a Seniors Discount?
Yes, it's 10%. So please remember to show your plumber or electrician your Seniors Card.
Do you provide a warranty for your work?
All jobs are covered by our workmanship warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Do you use sub-contractors or your own plumbers & electricians?
All of our plumbers and electricians are full time employees personally selected by the business owner. When choosing new team members, they must meet very strict criteria before we employ them. They must be polite, friendly, tidy, clean, presentable, courteous and proud of the job they do. They are all focused on providing quality service. That's why we only rely on our own hand-picked team.
What is your "Royal Treatment Guarantee"?
Feeling respected, comfortable and in good hands is the key to peace of mind when you need a plumber or electrician — and only we offer our "Royal Treatment Guarantee". If we’re not polite, friendly and reliable, we’ll make it right with a “Limo and Bubbles Experience” (up to $200).
Do you charge extra for emergencies?
For emergency same-day service, we do have a $95 call-out, but we waive this when you proceed with any job during normal business hours - 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. If your job is out of normal hours, it is a $95 call-out regardless of whether you proceed or not. This is to cover our technician's time away from family after hours.
How much will it cost?
If you are interested in hiring our team for a service, we will be glad to provide you with an upfront fair, accurate, and never-changing estimate for the works needed. We believe in true transparency of showing you the exact cost of each job before we start. That way, you will know the exact cost before we even start your job.
How long do I need to wait for a plumber or electrician?
That's up to you. If you have an emergency like burst sewer pipes, flooding, broken hot water system, we can be there 24/7. For less urgent jobs, we will do our best to fit in with your schedule.
Do you charge a callout?
The only time we charge a callout is when there's an after-hours emergency. For all other jobs, there is no callout cost. Which is great news for our clients new and old.
What is your “Clock’s Ticking, $10 Per Minute Late” Guarantee?
Tradies who value your time as much as you do are the key to hassle-free service — and only we back it with our “Clock’s Ticking, $10 Per Minute Late” Guarantee (up to $200). If we provide you with an arrival time, and we are late, we'll pay you $10 per minute for every minute we are running behind (up to $200).

I had Christian come out to fix a blocked toilet at Burleigh Waters. The job number was 121011537. He worked hard to resolve the issue and kept me informed all the way. He also booked another session for next week to complete some further investigation which I appreciated very much.
