Rickard Rd Medical Centre-Next Door to McDonald's

I came in with symptoms and laid it all to the doctor. He mis heard what he said and belittled me by saying that I was over reacting and over anxious, and that I should go and see a psychiatrist. I then left pretending to be happy. The worst medical centre never attend this if you want to preserve you’re health.

wasnt happy at all the doctor who i seen couldnt give me answers to my questions and he calls him self a doctor what a joke.

5 stars for Doctor Derek Lee. I'm a healthy early 30s that only visits doctors maybe twice a year. When I do visit, it's without an appointment and I bring with me a comprehensive agenda to discuss. Dr D. Lee is patient, humorous and will give sensible feedback leaving space for options without judgement. 2 other doctors from the same practice have been poor experiences which is probably the cause for low ratings. The front desk staff, like most doctors emit an impersonal rushed service.
