Carmel & Co Gymnastics Club

Carmel & Co Gymnastics, established in 1990, is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built gymnastics facility located in the heart of the community. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on providing a diverse range of gymnastics programmes that cater to individuals of all ages and abilities, from 14 months onwards. Our offerings include Kindergym, recreational programmes, Parkour, competitive Women's artistic gymnastics, tumbling, trampolining, and much more. With such a wide variety, we ensure that there is something for everyone.

In addition to our competitive and other gymnastics programmes, we specialise in creating memorable children's birthday parties where children get to enjoy games using our foam pit, trampolines, ropes, beams, and more. The parties, held on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday, are tailored to the children's age group and are 1.5 hours long. We provide invitations for your child's party and access to our microwave, fridge, and freezer. We also offer "first lesson free" vouchers for all attendees and assign two qualified coaches for every 12 children.

Our facility boasts the largest and best-equipped gym in the region, complete with a full-sized sprung floor to support all types of gymnastic and fitness activities. With a strong emphasis on safety, we provide a child-safe environment, ensuring that our staff are trained in child safety protocols. Our policies align with the Gymnastics Australia Child Safeguarding and Member Protection guidelines, and we adhere to the 10 National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
