The Hills Medical and Dental Centre

Ive seen different doctors at different times, and all have been good, some are great. Its so easy to get to and they have fitted me in as a walk in when ive needed it.

My 20 year old daughter saw Dr Satter today she was very rude to her and didn’t even shut the door despite having a full reception area. It is such a shame.

Doctor Fahima who is not helpful when others can help me by issuing a prescription to me but she only angry to me and asked me to show her some documentations.

She forgot about what is the duty of being a doctor for now.

Waste time to go on see her.

All Staff are Amazing in all aspect. Lovely people

I have found them extremely difficult to deal with. The communication is shocking and half the doctors don’t know what they are doing. If you want to access your own medical files it is treated the same as transferring to another centre, it takes 6 weeks and you need to pay a $50 application fee. They do not keep their records up to date nor do they use “My Health Records”. Reception staff are friendly, though.

Doctors are good, but over worked and no personal rapport because of it. I always try to see the same GP but because she's so popular, I can sometimes wait 3hrs to see her. In general, wait times can be in excess of 2hrs and Reception Staff are starting to show signs of stress due to the immense pressure they're under. GREAT Medical Centre, with so many facilities under one roof, but support/extra staff is needed to alleviate the pressure.
