Ignore Consumer Law and cut you off. Sent 2 videos and have proof. 40+ years in Sales - I've never lost a client. They clearly do not care

Fantastic Service

I entered Big W Warrawong this morning and was greeted by the Customer Service Desk assistant, and then by Anne, who was busy on the floor with returns. I walked down to Footwear and asked a very friendly and helpful Hayley to direct me to the inner soles, Hayley had a lovely smile and was very pleasant. Even Marie behind the counter of Lay by said hello. A very pleasant shopping experience

I bought three pairs of underwear at BIG W 0399 Store on June 12, 2025. I went to exchange them on June 19 because the size was wrong. The waiter told me that I couldn't exchange them. This is a new rule that will be implemented in February this year. Their manager came out and told me the same thing. My question is, if this is the case, why don't you put a notice on the shelf that underwear cannot be returned? The manager said we have a notice. I asked why I didn't see it? She said you can see it at the return counter and at the checkout counter. I asked her which customer went to the return counter to see your notice before buying something? How many people read your notice before paying? And I didn't see the notice at the checkout counter. She didn't answer my question and just said that it couldn't be exchanged.

I am very disappointed with your company's management. This deprives customers of the right to know. It makes customers feel cheated. If the notice and price are put together, it is easy for customers to see. No customer buys a product without looking at the price of the product. If this is done, it will reduce a lot of trouble.

I hope your company can make some improvements!

Now they're running dropshipping scams

Bought an item. Paid for delivery. they offloaded to a drop shipper without telling me. Dropo shipper used Aramex to fake delivery of the parcel.



Zero customer service options. Endless rounds of dot the Bot sending you back to the useless website.

Return of a Doona

I purchased a wool doona on Friday the 1st May and wanted to return it as it was a long weekend.I left it to Tuesday and was told no returns on bedding,I only opened it to see the length and so it was too long so I packed it up straight away,Myer has returns on bedding and do does DJ.s etc, why are you so special.I am a pensioner and a $100 doona is a lot for me. I am very disappointed with your store and will make sure I never buy bedding from you again.

Ni cash registers open macauthur spuare

I was shppping at macauthur square and there were no cash registers open. We asked staff about why there were no cash registers open,she had told us it was head office descion.

I do not use self setvice ,if you are cutting our registers you have lost my trade with you ,you are just like kmart and i do not shop there.

Put the cash registers back amd stop being cheap.

No body wants self service we want customer service

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Recently shopped at Big W Miranda, worst service ever Xmas time and the had ONE teller, waited 15 minutes to be served. When I made a comment to the teller, she spat the dummy and walked off to her supervisor which added to the delay. I then stated to the supervisor, that the service woman is pedantic and that she should not bring her moods to work the supervisor then threatened to call security. This billion dollar corporation has reduced staff to an absolute minimum, whereby customers were queuing up and couldn't get served. Xmas time and they don't have the intelligence to put on more staff they expect us to use their automated service, which I and many inline customers refuse to use, absolute disgrace multi corporations putting people out of work.The mannerisms presented by both staff members to a paying customer was unwarranted , out of order and unacceptable. I will not shop there again and take my business elsewhere.

Where is Christmas

I’ve not see any sign of Christmas in my local store. Apart from what is there to purchase there is no attempt whatsoever to decorate the store itself, no music either. Seems the as a department store they want you money with little to no effort on their part to even make you feel festive enough to do your Christmas shopping there. Lift your game big W. This is unacceptable and very disappointing.

help line confusing

Spoke to big W help line re a incomplete on line purchase, at the end of the conversation Big W had deleted all my data on my lap top, had to reestablish, rebuild, why would you bother shopping big W.

Appalling

I'm at Bigw and there I am, standing there. Manager of the store. Threw a box of Chocolates in, the trolley. The other staff member. That was there, I said that's unacceptable. Her, reply ohh she's my friend...What ?
