We are new to Australia, we have arrived to Australia on 14th of August 2024. We only visited this medical centre 2 times. We moved to Liverpool a few days later after our test and then we sent them a request to send our documents, at 2nd of October 2024. They did not responded for more than twenty days then I called them and they were charging us 50$ for our documents. The receptionists were very rude and did not care about whatever we were saying to them, declined our calls, very poor behaviour. They didn’t even informed us about the charges we need to give if we move far away. We only wanted our documents of the 2 times we visited the doctor Hamid Alizadeh, not the whole 10 years document. As a person who is new to Australia, I do NOT recommend this medical centre. They are very rude and very inattentive.

Great Doctors, but you need an appointment. Never had an issue.

Worst practice. Long waiting periods, doctor has no respect for time. Consultation also bad, no depth.
