Worst service in the world, they are true racists.

I have made it my mission to steer friends and family on the coast away from these horrible people.

I moved to Ettalong from Sydney 6 months ago and needed to service my car, when I went in to pick up my car after the service which was $720! there was a young guy who totally ignored me even though I was first in line. He started to serve the guy behind me even though it was explained to him by both myself and the guy behind me (who happened to look white Australian) that I was first up.

The young mechanic totally ignored me, repeatedly!

When I called up the owner to explain my ordeal he apologised for how I felt but never acknowledged the issue as racism and he was not willing to accept that this was a problem in his team or be willing to provide the young mechanic some training on how to serve customers or to treat everyone with respect. Nothing was offered to say that this treatment of ignoring a customer would be addressed and the culture changed.

I will take my business elsewhere from now onwards and hope others will also.

Racism should not be tolerated or accepted and it saddens me to see this in this day and age.
I can't believe businesses like these still exist they should be shut down.
