Was very thorough with his job, my man spent almost 2 hours going through every new nook and cranny. Even went up into the attic and sprayed around the fence parameter. Went above and beyond considering the last guy was in and out in 15 minutes. All of this at a discounted price considering what we paid the last guy.

He exterminated my house and we saw quite a number of cockroaches die within a few days. However after that we saw A LOT of smaller cockroaches still around, some of them appearing in my mums bed. We asked him to return and inspect in which he dismissed my mum several times saying he was busy and refused to look at the photos and videos he had taken of cockroaches alive and on her bed (sheets are changed fortnightly so it’s not a case of cleanliness). He refused to look at the areas that we said had lots of cockroach droppings and dismissed them saying they will die in a few days. We also mentioned we could hear cockroaches still in the air vent of the second floor (we have previously seen a cockroach drop out of the air vent so we know its cockroaches) but he insisted they are mice despite my house not having mice for 10 years and I also have 3 cats. He insisted the cockroaches are coming back as we live near pipes although every house is near pipes for their plumbing? He also continuously cut my mum off as she was speaking and at the end also walked off as she was still speaking. Incredibly rude service and only cares about the money as he dismissed my mum several times as he had “other jobs to do”. Mind you, we had asked him days before to come in and he chose this day, yet refuses to properly check his careless work as he is “too busy today”.
