THINK TWICE before walking in this medical centre where the practice is not consolidated. There is no common procedure/policy for the patients.

Each GP has his/her own list of patients' names to call out despite the ranking of your name in the waiting list/queue the receptionist enters in to their software. You will waste your time and breath by constantly checking with the receptionist to find out what the status is. You will not know your actual ranking. You will not know the name of the person before you. The waiting list is just NOT being followed.

On the weekends in particular, the medical centre don't accept visits by appointment. They accept walk-in visits only. If you are really sick, go somewhere else. Don't risk your health if you are already feeling ill. There are a few on Burwood Road, big and small medical centres (clinics) in Burwood. Don't wait (like myself being silly and a few other victims) in this centre until every other centres and clinics closed. This centre is not the right place to go although looks tidy and clean with a nice layout (the 1st level of impression). The practice (the 2nd level of impression) is just TERRIBLE!!! Basically, The practice (-ve) and the place (+ve) totally mismatches (-ve). The GP's name is John Lee when I was there yesterday. John Lee was the only GP on duty in the entire centre.

After a few hours with other people who actually walk in and wait, you will discover that the day in fact is fully booked with appointments from the earlier days. During the hours I was there, the people who waited there didn't get to see the GP except those who came in from the street and went directly to his room, as if they already knew the time they needed to show up.

For those people who are searching for medical centres on the Internet, if this medical centre just happens to come up in your search results, be warned with the above.
