we ordered our diner from here tonight to pick up...
the fried rice was riddled with onion.... thats right i said onion.
even after ordering multiple dishes with no onion we got onion in the fried rice and sweet and sour sauce..
when we rang the store to complain about this issue we were told that we didnt ask for no onion in the rice... Who puts onion in fried rice???
when we asked this we were informed that we should of asked if all meals ordered had onion.... should we also ask if the coke has onion...
customer service is very poor and the food is lacking in quality
i would advise everyone to go anywhere else but here...

Ordered singapore noodles without prawns and pork and yet it arrived with prawns and pork also charged 2 rice when I only ordered 1.
I called to notify the error and customer service was poor they admitted that they had the order as i requested however they had made the error but unless i went back down to the store then for a replacement there was nothing they could do. I advised that i had guests for dinner so this was not really an option for me now so they advised that there was nothing they can do then, i asked can they not just replace next time i order as i am regular customer and they advised that this was not an option it was now or never. Seems they are prepared to lose a regular $100 a fortnight order over just replacing a cheap noodle dish next time im in pretty dissapointing

As a Coeliac I have been enjoying Gluten Free Dining Options at this restaurant both at lunch, dinner and takeaway for the past two years. On presenting myself at lunch today 2/7/19 I was informed that they do not cater for Gluten Free diners. I was upset as I have eaten at this restaurant within the last two months and believed that I was eating Gluten Free. Now I wonder have I unknowingly eaten something that is detrimental to my health. I rang New Flowerdrum this afternoon around 4.20pm to clear up this matter and spoke to the same person who attended us for lunch. He would not pass my details on to the owner, spoke on behalf of and insisted that he was the manager. He said he would not discuss the menu further, they could not specialise in Gluten Free. I asked when this decision came in. He said today. I replied that the restaurant would lose business. He said he was not worried and hung up. I cannot understand this attitude. I shall miss eating here as it had been fine dining. I know many people that will think twice now before dining here.

Before ordering home delivery be careful about the "freebees" you get for ordering over $40. The mini spring rolls are disgusting and for $6.30 they are not worth it as a freebee as even the birds dont eat them. But the Prawn toast which is a whole 30cents extra they will not give you even if you offer to pay the difference and they are beautiful.
Maybe the reason the spring rolls are so disgusting is because they are bulk made a month earlier and already off.
They say is they change the "freebees" for one customer they have to do it for them all.... Well would that not bring more business?

We ordered take away from the Flower Drum tonight and it tasted like 3 day old food. We got Mongolian Lamb that taste like rubber, fried rice that was dry and tasteless, and king prawn cutlet that taste like cardboard.
In the past the food here has been ok, so I don't know if its the new management but i would recommend staying away from this place.
