Dean is supported by a great team of highly trained and friendly staff to ensure they continue to provide the border region with a reliable and professional service. As well as a very knowledgeable sales department to help with new products and spare parts, there is a busy Service Centre which employs 3 mechanics and some highly efficient office staff to keep everyone in line. Rounding out the crew you will see Willam's wife (Dean's mum) Golda helping out still on occasion as well as Dean's wife Kylie.

No. You can bring your mower in at any time to our friendly staff, and we will assist you from there.
We recommend at least once a year bringing them in for a service. In between the services you should keep your fuel fresh, your air filter clean and always check to see that the spark plug isn't black/folded up.
Two stroke, you are required to mix your fuel and oil together and using the one sump. Four stroke items have two different sumps. One for oil and one for petrol, meaning that you do not have to mix the fuel and oil together.
You can use either 50 to 1 or 25 to 1. We recommend 25 to 1. This is because it leaves you a little bit of room for error. This ratio is 200ml of oil to 5 litres of petrol.
