Well be reporting driver and company for leaving disabled persons on new England highway he required directions company didn't supply gps absolutely disgraceful service and we aren't local so upset

Terrible Customer Service!

Have used this taxi service multiple times in Raymond Terrace and the middle aged male driver is one of the RUDEST taxi drivers! He is a terrible and dangerous driver!! Should not be driving taxis. Recommend working on people skills if he’s going to be in contact with customers. Very disappointing on multiple occasions. Do BETTER!

Would appreciate a wait time!

Waited for 30 minutes with my 84 year old Mum outside Maitland City at 8pm tonight.

Had I known the wait I would've called another taxi company.

Not impressed at all.

Worst taxidriver I’ve met!

I have used this service before and it’s been okay, but this time the taxi driver had more today with talking with her phone than listening where I wanted to go and she didn’t start driving even when I sat already in the taxi, instead she first finished her talk and when I wanted to ask if she would be so nice to take me to other location, because I missed my train, she didn’t care to listen, just stopped the car and ask for 12 dollars for 3min drive!!! I’m sorry, because all the other drivera have been nice, but because of her, never using this service again.

Always Excellent

They've always been on time, friendly and professional with me. A fractious 2-year-old 1-star review over 2 dollars should not deter you from using this service if you are traveling in or around the Maitland area.

My 86 year old mother, catches a taxi from Maitland city bowling club to her home, at least twice a week, around the same time,and same days and twice the driver has tried to cheat her, normally it costs $11,and twice they have tried to charge her $13.20, for the same trip, trying to charge her more because she is elderly, not good business morality. Not happy

Rang for the 1st time, only recently moved up here. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, effecient and there wasn't a long waiting time at all!! BIG change from Sydney!!!
