I have bought all my jewellery from epiphany and they have never disappointed. The most helpful and honest jewellers I have ever come across. I have bought a tennis bracelet from them recently and I have never been happier.

WORST JEWELLERY STORE!!!! My partner brought my engagement ring from epiphany at eastgardens and then we got our bands from there so had spent quite of money alot in there. I lost my engagement ring so went in there 4 months ago to get it remade. The lady in the store said no worriessend me the pic and they will do it for same price again. 4 weeks later i went in and she had no ide who i was or what i needed so we went through it again and said 3 weeks. 4 weeks later she said she couldnt find my ring and will try remake it (which i said isnt that what you were supposed to be doing anyway?) So we got to 2 weeks ago i was so stressed as my wedding is this weekend and i took my wedding band in and said for same price make whatever you can to fit my band. She said ok ill have it ready 17th feb 3 days before my wedding. I get a call on the 16th asking if i was still wanting the ring (well duh i had been waiting 4 months) and said they still couldbt find same ring and can make a better one by sat 20th (my wedding day) but will be $1500 more. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and no regards at all for me or my wedding. Theyre scammers, unprofessional and didnt even apologise. I would strongly warn everyone from shopping there

Got a saphire and diamond ring 5 years ago for silver wedding unnuversary. Just 10 days after I got the ring one diamond that was attached to petal went missing, we were told the ring had a lifetime warranty, it went for repair and it was all fine until 2 weeks ago. The diamond from the same petal went missing , It was sent back to repair 10 days ago, and they have just called to advise they will charge with $50 for repair. They said it was my mistake as I damaged the ring been though that was a special ring worn only in special occasions. The ring will not be repaired there, it is a matter of principle, but all future customers to be careful. Ask for a written statement about life time warranty. I certainly could afford $50 but I feel this is very unfair and will send this to Consumers protection Australia to deal with this.
