I took my car there today and I'm extremely disappointed with the result. There is still dirt on the bottom part of the car near the front doors and the windscreen hasn't been been cleaned with a clean cloth. $42.00 super wash???? I don't think so. I won't be going back any time soon and I've been going there for years.

Worst car wash ever my car looks like it did when i first arrived i will be going back in the morning to demand a refund NOT HAPPY

Shocking job... Could have done a better job myself. Car was still dirty on the outside and looks like it was barely even vacummed . Nothing used to wipe over the inside , probably just wiped over it with a dirty rag... When i asked the guy to fix some things that i noticed initially he was very rude and just lookes at me like i was stupid. Dont bother wasting your money here.

First time customer to Car Spa Autowash Cafe. I wanted to make sure my car was washed using quality Meguiar's products. To my surprise when picking up my car it still had dirt and water marks all over the front bumper, front window and mirrors. Even after a second wash by the guys at Car Spa they failed to get the dirt and water marks off.

After asking them to quickly wipe over the dirt I noticed 3 x 10 cm long deep scratches on the roof of my black car. The manager was called over to view the damage. Car spa then 100% denied that it was their fault even though it was clearly done recently as the rubber strip on the roof was still marked which disappeared when wiped with a wet cloth. After arguing with him for 10 minutes they said they could use the scratch remover and buff it out. 20 minutes later I was called over to view the car. I was impressed they managed to get the scratch out and thanked him for repairing it.

AGAIN he was arrogant enough to tell me he was 100% sure they did not scratch the car to which i replied "I don't give a crapwhat you think. The scratch was not there when i came in" (My car is 6 months old and has been washed every three weeks since purchased)

My Girl friends car was also washed after mine. Luckily there were no scratches but there were still water marks on the rear of her car.

They claim their machine uses 100% scratch proof technology. I don't doubt this. However i do believe that they have managed to use a dirty cloth and scratch the car while doing the final clean.

My recommendation for Car Spa is only take your car their if its already clean and don't expect them to take the blame for anything they do.
