This depends on the size of the floor but generally speaking, a small floor, 2 days. a large floor, 4 days.
No. For the smooth operation and getting our job underway, we require the floor to be cleared of all furniture, including fridge and dishwasher in kitchens, prior to us arriving.
We do everything in our power to reduce the dust created. however, as we are sanding your floor, in your house, there will always be dust.
