We offer this to minimise financial stress during the legal process. You are not liable to pay for legal fees unless your claim results in a successful outcome. This does not mean you would not need to pay the opposite sides costs if your claim is unsuccessful. We cover specialist medical or expert report fees required to back your compensation claim. Our fees and expenses are only payable when your claim is completed successfully and you receive compensation, however, conditions do apply.
