I was bought a watch for my birthday from this store. My partner gave it to me on my birthday, however it was a different colour face to the one I wanted. We called them that day to ask if we could exchange it for the same model same price. They refused.



Read the fine print - the customer service is terrible after that get your money.



Really disappointed with Breitling also! They also wouldn't help!

After 30 years of service from the shum family when some said "no can do",raymond and joanne step up and do what sometimes is the impossible with the family watches and jewellery.I highly recommend them and their service is above par.
