      We offer a warm and welcoming environment, our aim is to provide quality dental care with a gentle touch.Our dental practice is specially designed to relieve anxiety, and all our staff are excellent with children and special needs patients. We also operate an emergency service so for those unexpected occasions.Our practice can do everything from general dentistry treatments, such as professionally scaling and cleaning teeth, to cosmetic procedures such as fitting crowns, implants, or veneers. With years of experience, we work efficiently and effectively so that, whether you're in for a check-up or are getting your teeth whitened, you'll get the best results every time.Our practice focuses on the patient's well-being through maintaining good oral health.We place great emphasis on preventive care, as we believe prevention is better than cure. With this in mind, we offer no gap or nil out-of-pocket expenses on preventive care with most health funds. This includes check-ups, scaling topical fluoride dietary advice every six months, and two x-rays taken every 18-24 months.We are providers for Medibank, Bupa, nib and CBHs private health funds. We also offer bulk billing services for children aged 2- 18 years who are eligible for dental care under Medicare. All dental procedures are done in a stringent infection-control environment.       How often do I need a check-up?

      At Smile Dental, we recommend visiting the dentist at least once every 6 months. Regular visits allow us to detect early signs of disease, and in most cases, problems can be treated before they become serious

      Why do I have tooth pain?

      Dr Shahid is a personable, gentle and caring dentist as well as patient with her patients! Ideal for the whole family, we never mind visiting every six months and our children have no fear either. A great dentist, our teeth and gums are great!
