6 weeks for a "we'll have it completed in 3 weeks" job.

Air View made no effort to get in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress or any delays regarding my order. I had to chase them up every step of the way to get my order completed. The only prompt communication I received in this transaction was their request for payment. Incredibly disappointed with my experience.

We had a very tricky bal 40 louvre window we wanted. However, EVERY OTHER WINDOW SUPPLIER said there was no way we could have a louvre window at bal 40. However, Warren at Airview went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure it COULD be done and made is specifically to meet standards, with all the correct certification to prove it! Nothing was too much trouble. Everything went smoothly and our beautiful window arrived today. We couldn't be happier with the product, service and Warren's personality was so pleasant and calming. I would give more stars if possible! Thank you Warren.
