Receptionist is potentially the rudest person I have spoken to. Hung up on me twice before I finished asking my questions. Do not recommend.

My experience with Lennox Head Motors was deeply frustrating and stressful. The workshop appeared chaotic and disorganized, and the service I received was far below professional standards. There was a significant lack of communication, and I was shocked when the final cost was much higher than the initial quote, without any clear explanation. I do not recommend this business based on my experience, as it turned into a costly and unpleasant ordeal.

Avoid this place if you value your time, money and sanity!

I've been using these guys for over 4 years and they are fantastic. Always do a great service and the costs aren't over the top. They also give me advice and are always helpful. I love the lady in the office - always happy, great smile and organised. Couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

I have been taking my Toyota to Lennox Head Motors for over 8 years. They do a great job for a fair price and always give me lots of notice regarding work that will need to be done in the near future so no nasty surprises. I have since left Lennox Head but continue making the 30 minute trek to Lennox Motors quite frankly because I trust them, they go out of their way to help and they do a great job for a good price. Highly recommend.

I’ve spoken to the receptionist twice and I’ve hardly spoken to a more ignorant and selfish person ever. Avoid.

I recently had my pink slip failed by a terrible mechanic in Byron Bay and when I took my car to Lennox to get the service done, which the Byron mechanics said needed done and that's why they failed me, the guys at Lennox Head Motors did their own check and found that none of the work needed to be done and that my car was in perfect condition. They said they didn't want to charge me the $350 for a job that didn't need to be done, and for that I am so grateful. I have been going to them for 3 years now, and I should have never gone to the Byron mechanic just because of convenience. They are honest and extremely competent, and I will only ever trust them with my car. Thank you!!!

Lady at reception is lazy, rude and unhelpful. Shame there isn’t another mechanic in Lennox. Judging from other review I’m not the only one to think this. Sort your act out

My partner took her car in to get repaired. They verbally abused her, demanded she pay more for it than they said and that she pay in cash. This was an awful experience and we'll never use them again.

I had the coolant light on, the mechanich just touch one cable which takes him less than one minute and they charge us $20 .When I was about to pay the woman in the reception says have to be in cash (because the money was cash in hand for the mechanich) so I went to at ATM to get cash and they charge a comission.



I think for that service they shouldn't charge but if they charge they need to have the possibility to pay on card
