Garners Medical Centre

I had started to see a very good allied health professional at Garners Medical Centre, however I won’t be going back due to the disrespectful, belittling treatment I received from one of the receptionists. I had rushed there from work for a 4pm appointment to be told that the appointment had been cancelled by the provider. I was then rudely told that they had phoned me and left voice mails. There are two issues here: first, I currently do not have voicemail since changing telcos. Second, today’s call was at 3:33pm when I was on the road from western Sydney and unable to pick up. I’m an easygoing person and can cope with misunderstandings, but the snappishness and dismissiveness of that woman was beyond reasonable since I was the one inconvenienced. To be clear, this rating does not pertain to medical staff.

Not sure what the below person is referring to as my father and mother were both old and were always well looked after, as for the secretary’s, they where always polite and caring 5/5

maybe they have no time for old people. Do not bother to give receipts unless asked' This is against the law. Too lazy. This business used to be very good. NOT ANY MORE

because the doctors are simply Great. Great service as well.

Great service and have been very accomodating in refilling prescriptions, especially during lockdown restrictions.

I've been going to this practice for a few years for both medical and dental. Quite happy with the patient care. As I've told my doctor, Dr Raj, all advice and information provided has been accurate. I have used other doctors when I cannot get there but I would still go back to this place to make sure I have the right advice. Easy parking too.

Disgusting service. Booked 5 days in advance on the premise they would receive and review a letter from my therapist but when I arrived for my appointment they said they knew nothing about it, that I was a new patient and it's impossible to receive mail, fax, or email for a new patient and that even if they did receive any of these things they "wouldn't know where they would be located". Absolute joke. They didn't even care at all and showed no desire to help.

Doctors are helpful and thorough but even though you book a scheduled appointment, they tend to not see you on time, sometimes waiting up to half an hour past your appointment. Think the issue is they squeeze people in, who aren't booked in.
