Stay As Far Away As You Can
I would strongly caution any building or owners corporation against engaging Jamesons Strata Management.
Our experience has been extremely frustrating due to consistent lack of communication and unacceptable delays in addressing serious building issues. Emails routinely go unanswered for weeks or not at all, and follow-ups are required repeatedly just to receive basic acknowledgement.
More concerning is the handling of urgent maintenance matters. We have ongoing water leaks that have remained unresolved for months, causing significant and preventable damage to lots and common property. Issues that should have been treated as urgent have instead dragged on for months, in some cases years, with little visible progress or accountability.
The assigned strata manager has been particularly difficult to contact, and responses (when received) are slow and often lack clear action or timelines. Effective strata management relies on proactive communication and timely coordination of repairs, neither of which has been demonstrated in our experience.

Jamesons were extremely professional and helpful with all matters. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

After years of squabbling on the Committee and nothing getting done, Jamesons have brought peace to our block and all of the problems have been fixed without a fuss. I would really recommend these guys.

We have been considering changing strata managers for the last two years and we finally made the switch to Jamesons and boy are we glad we did! We have acheived more in the first 2 months with Jamesons than we did in the last 2 years with our previous managers. Keep up the good work !

Used to love these guys , until i had an issue. The waterfall in my lounge room that took over two months to fix. At first they sat up and took notice ,but two months to fix a serious leak and its still not fixed i suspect it will take another 2 months before any actuation is done.
So much that its now affecting the neighbor downstairs so due to the lack of care now 2 units need repair, they used to be good but clearly the service quality has disappeared.
Our family having units in multiple complexes we certain will encourage that a new strata committee is appointed to manage these.
Very disappointing after years of dealing with them.
