Ecclesiastic specializes in creating religious stained glass windows for churches, chapels, and colleges. These windows have been commissioned over the past three decades in Sydney, Newcastle, and Regional NSW
The Majestas Domini window, installed in early February 2009 at St. Bede’s Catholic Church in Pyrmont, Sydney, depicts Christ in Majesty surrounded by symbols of the four Evangelists. Notably, the commissioning priest requested a beardless representation of Christ for this lively interpretation of the medieval image.
The Contemplation Room window, created in 1993, aimed to bring viewers from a state of stress to one of quiet contemplation and inner peace. It was designed for young girls at St. Catherine’s School in Waverley, Sydney, and showcases thoughtfully crafted leadlight windows.
