The doctor was great but the receptionist was so rude, racist and offensive to me.

She would not tell me her name either.



She was SO RUDE, she called me an idiot, a stupid whyte person, etc.



The other mum in the waiting room witnessed it and said she had a similar experience. the doctors have no idea how rude she is. She is the face of the organisation and the way she treats people is revolting.



The doctors are lovely, it is just the receptionist who makes the place unwelcoming and abusive.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited Rooty Hill Medical & Dental Centre. The staff are friendly and professional, and the doctors take the time to listen and provide thorough care. I’ve seen both GPs and dentists here, and each time the service has been top-notch. Booking an appointment is easy, and I’ve always been seen within a reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend this centre if you're looking for quality, accessible healthcare in the area!

The receptionist's at this medical centre are so rude. Their customer service is very poor and needs a lot of work, I myself is also a receptionist so you could imagine my surprise when I walk in there and I don't even get a "Hi how are you? How can i help?". They don't greet you when you walk in they just look at you as if they are saying "what do you want?". They don't even make eye contact with you when you are speaking to them. There has been many occasions where I'd walk in and they would all be having a mother's meeting while people are standing there.



Something needs to be done, If someone was to loose it at them one day for there unprofessional-ism i will happily have that persons back.



I can understand being a receptionist is a stress full job and people can be very rude and impatient, I also deal with those type of people but I still remain professional.



The doctors are lovely but the receptionist's need a lot of work when it comes to customer service.

The customer service at the reseption is so poor they need to learn what real customer service is, they treat customers like they are beneath them, you dont Receive a smile when you walk in the door, I hate having to go there to speak to the receptionist but the one good thing about this place is that the doctors are fantastic and I keep going for them.

Bad service at the counter just chatting don't care
