Marketplace Medical Centre Rutherford

I visit this medical centre for the past 4 years and I have a very pleasant experience with them. The doctors and the staff are very professional and friendly. I had to wait to see a doctor at times, but I never had to wait more than 20 minutes (may be 30 minutes one or two times) which is a pretty normal during rush hours. As I said, these doctors are very professional and they really paid attention to me and my family every time we visited them.

I wanted give 0 Stars but the minumum is 1 star. Yes, they bulk bill all patients however they constantly overbook so your appointment time is worthless. I can't wait for an hour past each appointment every time i go there. The longest I waited was 1 hour 45 minutes and that was with an appointment booked 1 week in advance. They don't bother to follow up if you need to walk out and cancel your appointment because the wait is too long. Different if it was a walk in clinic but it isn't. Worth noting too that their waiting area is glass walls and ceiling so you have to sit in full sun for the hour that you wait. In summer its hot, uncomfortable and you get sunburnt. If you need a medical certificate for work and sit there for half a day it might be worth it. But anything health needs more involved would be a nightmare. I'd recommend looking elseware for a surgey that actually cares about their patients.
