I had significant problems with failing retaining walls, poor (non-existent) drainage and structural damage (caused by the lack of drainage). Precision Building did an excellent job of reviewing the problems, suggesting a solution and completing the works.
The team were all professional and friendly, and rightfully are clearly very proud of their high quality of workmanship.
I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Building to a friend. I will be hiring them again for further works.

We are part of a Strata so the decision was always going to be drawn out however John was very patient and good at explaining his solution for our problem (repair/replace piers and level under the flooring). Price was competitive. Turned up multiple times to answer our ongoing queries, job was completed within the given time frame with no unexpected additional costs. Our committee was very impressed and now seeking advice/quotes for our next large job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I have no hesitation recommending Precision Building, they were easy to work with, the Team are friendly and professional. They did quality work, cleanup and followed up until I was satisfied. They did extensive drainage work and followed up after big rain to see that the job was tested. Really excellent

During the storms of 2014 my house in Warners Bay was flooded due to previous shoddy renovation workmanship where a room had been added under my house however appropriate drainage was apparently considered not important.
Whilst my insurance company covered the cost to replace damaged carpet & belongings, they also left me the ultimatum; carry out repairs to rectify the drainage or next time I won’t be covered.
After contacting several companies to gain quotations (of which some never bothered to turn up) I found the team at Precision Building Services to be the most professional & knowledgeable towards providing the solution to my issue.
After engaging their services, the work was carried out with speed & professionalism. Whilst they had to dig up my front yard, their assistance in reshaping to assist in drainage away from the house & rejuvenating my once lush garden beds was greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend the team at Precision Building Services to carry out rectification works of this kind.
