Extremely disappointed in the receptionist who somehow didn't advise me as a new patient they didn't bulk bill but instead charge $80.00 for a visit. Although Medicare does reimburse you $37.00 I am amazed and never in my life had a GP surgery charge $43.00 for a standard visit. Expensive visit just to obtain a medical certificate for work. In saying that no issues with the actual GP but come on lets be realistic about what is a fair fee for a doctors visit. The Receptionist was not very communicate, customer focused or informative at all.
