      Welcome to Stanhope Medical Centre for quality health care and great service.

      Stanhope Village invites children 12 years and under to join their Mighty Monkeys Kids Club.

      Centre Facilities Centre Management/Customer Service The Centre Management office is accessed via the car park, to the rear of Caffe Cherry Beans. Our office is open from 9am - 5pm weekdays, and we can be contacted on 02 8814 4100. Justice of The Peace Service Members from the NSW Justice of the Peace Association are volunteering their time to Stanhope Village for Justice of the Peace services. The lovely volunteers are available from 3pm - 6pm each Wednesday and from 9am -12pm each Saturday. Play Areas Stanhope Village has two great play areas, perfect for the kids to run amok! Our internal playground near Leaf Cafe is perfect for the little ones, and our external playground near Michel's Patisserie gives the older kids some bigger equipment to jump and explore. Mobility Services Stanhope Village is conveniently all on one level, and offers disabled parking close to our centre entries. We also have disabled facilities available at all three of our amenities locations, as well as wheelchairs available for use whilst visiting the centre. Community Mall Sites Stanhope Village enjoys giving something back to the community. If you are part of a sporting team or community group and would like an opportunity such as registration days, group demonstrations or awareness raising, Stanhope Village offers you free Community Mall Sites throughout the centre.       Do you have house-call facility?

      House calls are available to only regular patients attending the medical centre. All effort should be made to bring the patient to the centre because emergency and full medical equipment required for treatment cannot be available at house calls. However, should this not be possible please indicate to the receptionist your name, address, phone number and the nature of the problem for the house call.


      What are the opening hours for pathology centre?

      Our onsite pathology collection centre opens seven days a week. Timings: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.       Do you give test results over phone?

      The doctor cannot give tests results over the telephone, as these are very important and may need explanation in person.


      Do you need referral?

      Yes, we do. To ensure the best management we like to discuss your condition with you before referring you to a specialist. Please note we are not permitted by law to backdate specialist referrals, so please ensure that you have a current referral before you see the specialist.


      Do you have Medicare bulk billing available at your centre?

      Yes, we have Medicare bulk billing available at our centre.


      Do you have flu vaccination?

      Yes, we have flu vaccination available at our centre.


      Is appointment booking available online?

      Yes, you can book appointment online.


      Can we talk to doctor directly?

      You can contact the Doctors at the Centre during normal operating hours. The Receptionist will take a message if the Doctor is in consultation with another patient and in cases of emergency, your call will be put through to the Doctor. You are requested to keep your calls brief.
