Worst Retailer I have ever experienced!

Purchased a 55inch TV with 5 yr extended warranty. TV has stopped working 4 yrs in. I contacted NAPF regarding warranty and was told Warranty Provider was insolvent. I informed them that as Retailer of the warranty they must cover it. 2 weeks later I am told Repair is waiting on parts which is a lie because the Repairer has informed me they have not received any instructions from NAPF. When i quizzed NAPF on this lie I got shouted at. I will let Dept of Fair Trading handle this one.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the grief and buy your electronics from somewhere else.

Worst company ever. Rudest staff ever. After 3 weeks still didn't receive an item while all the time being told it's on its way and in the mail. Was then sworn at on the phone and eventually refunded.

Terrible, did not receive order, they claim that Australia Post have lost two packages. VERY rude staff
