One of the assistant chemists has a serious attitude problem. Regretfully she does not live up to the great service Jenny (owner) gives. When asking for the generic brand I was advised that the brand given is the same and that’s all they have. When I asked if the generic brand could be ordered in for me, I was advised no, it does not exist.
This is not the first time I have had an unacceptable experience with her.
I’ll just have to go to Chemist Warehouse in future.
