I have no problem with Dr shanta Kumar and Dr shanta Kumar is very very execllent doctor and she is best doctor and the nurse and recpecations are very nice they did work hard and do the best work hard and also i didnt have no problem Dr shanta Kumar and she did fantatic best doctor i wish Dr shanta Kumar is gp doctor and did do excellent all

I had a broken arm and needed a referal for an X-ray. Was told when I called I could be put straight in to get my referal. The receptionist took me to a treatment room and the doctor then told me to go out to the waiting room. 1 hour and 40 minutes later I questioned the receptionist (who couldnt remember taking me to the treatment room earlier) and was told there was a mix up. I was then taken into a room and given my referal within 2 minutes. Definitely finding a new doctor.

I felt a little judged by one of their doc's, bedside manner of my big tow. But i cannot rate their treatment nurse higher. Never have i felt more at ease than i did with her. She was just lovely and very supportive. Should be more like her and the world would be a better place.

Had similar experience to Matthew C. in regards to the Receptionst (doctors are fine, but the girl on front desk needs to go) I took my 4yr old son there as he had a fall and we were afraid he'd broken his arm (which it turned out he had) as we walked in 2hrs before closing time. I was stopped by the receptionist as soon as we'd stepped in and told that they were closed. I said to her that they weren't supposed to close for another 2hrs, she gave me no explanation, didn't even ask why we were there, just said "No we are closed" and was ushered out - even though there were other patients waiting! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NASTY! I highly recommend Astley Medical Centre - you have to wait, but if you have small children you can phone ahead and get through faster!

Receptionist is terrible. Extremely disorganised. After waiting an hour today with a sick child, watching others go in before me, I had to remind her we were there. I ended up walking out and went to another doctor. have had similar experience last time. Never going back.
