I couldn’t recommend this business enough for our family they do our business cars and with our personal cars and with our daughters getting cars and licences it’s been a massive relief being able to send the girls to Cal or Alex when they hit gutters learning to drive and so forward.

I'm never going back. Rang and asked for a quote, got told they can't do them over the phone & to bring the car in so they can look at it (not a problem, I do just that) After taking it in, and having them look the car over, get told they still can't give me a quote. I was warned by a neighbour that they do this, should have listened. They didn't offer me any suggestions or solutions so my car could pass it's pink slip before I would then need a blue slip, shocking customer service. Still waiting on a call from them for a quote, don't think I'll ever get one, really disappointing.

Paid to have a seat belt replaced in the driver side of the car, they replaced it on the passenger side, I called up and asked the reception lady if my car was ready, she assured me it had been, so I come down to pick my car up and when I got in the driver side of the car, they hadn't replaced it at all! They replaced the passenger side then charged me another further $100 to replace the driver side seatbelt and alex ross came out trying to tell me my air bag light was on when it hadn't shown up at all prior to going to him, disgusting business, won't be going back

They did the work quickly and efficiently. Alex even ran me home to save me walking. Also helped me with a windscreen repairer. Fair, honest and a good bloke.

I have been going to alex ross automotive for 15 years now for pink slips,this time I get knocked back for bald tyres which are obviously not,the mechanic gives me no option of reply,no hello no goodbye nothing,hands the paperwork to the office girl and walks off,then the girl charges me $38 and tells me you need 2 new front tyres, could not beleive that they had registerd my rego as a fail,i went to another place the next day and they could not believe what an injustis had occurd and they were $8 cheaper for the pink slip
