Hired these guys for a bond clean in March 2015, list of problems I had with them:
- Missed two appointments to provide an in-house quote
- Almost missed third in-house appointment, I texted to reminder her and she was 30mins late
- Spoke to them on a Monday to book in a Wednesday clean, they confirmed twice on the phone that a Wed clean was booked it
- On Tues arvo, said a Wed clean no longer possible but it would definitely be completed for my final inspection on Thurs 2pm
- On Thurs at 2pm when my real estate and I arrived, the clean was still occurring and they were less than halfway through
- They broke a window louver, refused to speak with me properly about it. Continually told me that because the window was old and it was an accident, it wasnt their fault and didnt want to pay for it
- Left cleaning scratches on the kitchen bench
All of this hassle and rude service for $750.
