Thank you for servicing my wife’s Honda Jazz - 80k service. My initial quote over the phone was $220/-$230, which I was okay with. However it ended up being $295.70 when I picked up my car last Friday. The reason was the wiper blades (costing $33) was replaced along with the air filter at $42 - all done without calling me for authorisation. A quick call to me would have been greatly appreciated as I really didn’t need the wiper blades replaced as I have some left over at home. Anyway, I hope you take this this feedback onboard and be 100% transparent and communicate with customers before conducting additional work.
