Russell has performed magic on me, my TMJ pain has almost gone. The pain i was in before my first appointment had led me to taking a few months off work, to taking pain relieving medications every day, to never being without significant pain in my face, inside my ears, headaches. Before my first appointment i was eating soft foods as i was unable to chew. I am now almost pain free, my tinnitus has reduced significantly and i no longer take pain medications. I have returned to full time work also.

Russell provides excellent treatment. My main problem is occasional neck pain.Russell's adjustments relieve the pain and engender a general sense of wellbeing.
