I am a fully licensed carpenter and builder with extensive experience in renovations and timber floor laying and polishing.

My floors are uneven, can you fix this?
I can take care of your floors from re-stumping to laying the floorboards right through to the finish of sanding and polishing.
How often do my floorboards need refinishing?
This is often a hard question to answer as everyone’s floors will face a different kind of wear, but once the sanding and polishing has been completed, a cleaning and maintenance routine will be provided to maximise and maintain the quality and longevity of the finish.

Can you sand and polish decks?
Yes, decks can be sanded and finished just as the timber floors inside your house can be but will be coated in an oil instead of a polyurethane.
