Who provides the cleaning materials & equipment?
All cleaning materials & equipment are included in the price and supplied by us; we can also supply any consumables required by your business. For example, toilet paper, hand towels, liquid soap, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, facial tissues, etc.
Do we have to sign an agreement with your company for maintaining our premises?
No we believe our clients should have the freedom to choose whether they wish to sign a formal contract or not.
When are JBI cleaners available?
Our cleaners are typically available 24hrs a day and 7 days a week.
Where is your company based and what areas does your company service?
We are a West Australian owned and Perth based business. Our company is available to service all metropolitan area from Perth to Fremantle to Quinns and Midland.
How and when can we arrange a quote for our premises?
We can give you an immediate quote over the phone estimate based on a description of your premises and business type. We can then visit the premises and give you an accurate no obligation quote, the same day.
What other services does your company provide?
We provide a full service (one stop shop) commercial cleaning service including - pressure cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, sealing of various floors and garden maintenance.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, all of our staff must adhere to a confidentiality agreement that protects your site and any information located at that site.
Do we keep the same cleaner at our premises?
Yes, as much as possible. Each cleaner is individually trained for each specific site. The exception happens when your cleaner is sick or goes on vacation. We will notify you of any changes to your service.
Are your cleaners insured and do they have federal police clearances?
Yes, we ensure that all of our staff have thorough reference checks, undergo police clearances and are fully insured.
Can we have a trial period?
Yes. For all cleaning services we offer a 1-month obligation free period.
