      I hear that certain saws can only cut a certain distance into materials. What types of saws do Razor Cut Concrete Cutting & Drilling Pty Ltd use?

      A range of our saw capabilities includes track-mounted wall sawing to 650mm deep, floor sawing to 650mm deep, electric sawing to 300mm and diamond wire sawing, as well as hand sawing to 150mm, chain sawing to 650mm and ring sawing to 250mm deep.


      You mention Soff-Cut on your website. What is that?

      Soff-Cut technology enables you to cut within a few hours of concrete finishing. Soff-Cut saws are best suited to domestic or light commercial purposes and have a low noise blade enclosure.


      Do you use a scarifies, as I've heard they can be better than grinders?

      We do have scarifies within our equipment stable at Razor Cut Concrete Cutting & Drilling Pty Ltd. Also known as milling machines or surface planers they can be more aggressive than grinders because they use a pummelling action with multiple cutting wheels to chip away at the concrete. Whatever the situation onsite, our experienced team can assess the best techniques and employ those methods for a fast, efficient and professional result.
